description. Created in conjunction with the Garden's mission to achieve 30% native plant coverage in developed areas of Santa Barbara, I was tasked with creating and image that could visually communicate this milestone and be used in a trifold brochure. I wanted to create a single image that could show residents of Santa Barbara how they could make decisions that supported native plants where the line, work, and play. This illustration is currently being used by by the garden in a trifold brochure that instructs garden visitors on how they can help contribute to the goal of 30% native plant coverage for Santa Barbara.
